What else can be made using tissue paper and contact paper?! (Yes, I'm still working at using up my tissue paper squares!) Well,, Indian Corn came to mind. Wouldn't it be pretty made with various colors of tissue paper?!

Like the
Stained Glass Turkey Craft from this week, I simply placed a bunch of tissue paper squares on a piece of contact paper. The contact paper was about 12 inches long. Now, I did the tissue in rows because corn normally is in rows, but really, it doesn't matter for this project! After filling up the sheet, I just cut out an oblong piece - not being too careful it was exactly perfect because corn rarely is! Next I got some green paper and made "husk" shapes and glued them on with a glue stick. There you have it! Stained Glass Corn!
Now, of course I had to include a picture from one of the turkeys made by a preschooler... oh my gosh, isn't it cute?!?! I love the two eyes on the same side of the face and the choices of having purple feet and a blue/green wattle. Very, very cute turkey indeed!
